Meet Margaret Mutch, Senior Receptionist
Margaret has been a senior receptionist since 2010. She’s delighted to be in a position that has given her the opportunity to use her people skills and deal with all walks of life in her local community.
As I am an empath, I can use this quality in my everyday role. I enjoy problem solving and multitasking, and credit myself for my professionalism.
For Margaret, the most fulfilling aspect of her role is creating a comfortable and relaxed environment for our patients when they arrive into the reception area. In addition to having 12 years’ experience in a senior receptionist role, Margaret possesses a Certificate III of Business Studies and Diploma of Business Studies.
Outside the Practice
In her spare time, Margaret enjoys taking PT classes and long ocean walks, and spending time with family and her beautiful grandchildren. Socialising with friends, exploring new places, meeting and communicating with new people, and watching sunrises and sunsets are some of her other favourite things to do.
In 2023, Margaret is looking forward to holidaying in Europe for the first time!
