our weekly yoga and pilates classes are perfect for everyone, even if you are a beginner.

We keep our classes small so that our experienced instructors are able to give you the attention and assistance you need.

Bookings are essential. Eftpos and cash accepted. Mats and equipment provided.


YOGA

Our hatha yoga class is perfect for those wanting to improve their flexibility, mobility and balance. This class will take you through a series of poses and postures designed to promote health and relaxation. Classes run for 90 minutes with the last 20-30 minutes focussed on simple meditation. 

Price: $18 per class. 10-class pass $150 (passes do not expire and do not have to be used consecutively)

PILATES

Similar to yoga, pilates also helps to improve mobility and flexibility with a particular focus on core strength. This class will guide you through a series of controlled movements that will strengthen and lengthen the body without being overly strenuous. Classes run for 60 minutes. 

Price: $15 per class. 10-class pass $130 (passes do not expire and do not have to be used consecutively)
